The Account Executive serves as a high level contact/consultant for PayPal’s Mexican merchants. The position is a critical component of the PayPal Mexico Team which services the medium business online merchant segments for Mexico. The Account Executive serves as the single point of contact for an assigned portfolio of merchant accounts. The goal is to build customer relationships, help the merchant to further develop it´s business with PayPal, provide a positive customer experience, brand loyalty, recommend efficiencies, increase account retention, profitability and revenue.

The position requires a 70% of the time to focus on business development of the portfolio and 30% business support helping merchants with day to day situations. Through open and collaborative engagements, the Account Executive will focus on building and maintaining successful long-term relationships with our key merchants.

Work cross-functionally to gain buy-in, support, and assistance

Conduct business analysis to support each opportunity and monitor performance data.

Ability to set expectations and manage stakeholder relationships successfully.

Ability to build internal and external alliances to gain and share information including industry trends.
