1. Ability to look the end to end data and have a deep understanding of the funnel 2. Continuous reporting and monitoring on where the volume fall off is 3. A/B testing on User Experience to increase conversion by working closely with the UED team and Marketing 4. Working with organization like risk , marketing - based on findings to increase conversion 5. Benchmark and establish quantitative targets (Short term and long term) for the conversion rates. 6. Bachelors degree basic requirement – any business or quantitative filed w product back ground preferred
