PayPal is seeking an experienced analyst to join our HR Business Intelligence team. You will support and scale our people reporting and analytics for the HR stakeholders ranging from HR Business Partners to senior leaders in the organization. In this role, you will work with a team of analysts and engineers to develop the tools and insights for our people and decision-makers. You’ll act as a builder, engineer, consultant, technology evangelist, data analyst, and security/privacy advocate.

Key Responsibilities​

  • Design and build Workday reporting and dashboarding solutions to support HR Portfolio initiatives that drive people strategy @PayPal

  • Support annual and mid-year review processes by developing appropriate solutions that provide key insights for our leaders and compensation teams

  • Support adhoc requests on an ongoing basis by working closely with stakeholders across the organization

  • Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping

  • Configure and test reports in the Workday system

  • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (incl. in quantitative fields, e.g. Engineering) or equivalent

  • 4+ years of experience in Workday reporting including calculated fields, advanced and matrix reports, dashboards, and scorecards

  • Advanced Reporting and Analysis experience within the Workday platform is required

  • Workday Reporting certification strongly preferred

  • Deep knowledge of Workday reporting capabilities and data structure, including core HCM, payroll, recruiting, absence management, compensation, etc.
