Workforce management is responsible for maintaining the GWFM system and provide professional Business Analyst to internal stakeholders. Duties will include short term forecast and scheduling for a multi-skill, multi-site environment, managing time off allowances, overtime allowances, holiday staffing, headcount forecast and process analysis for assigned Business Units.

This position is responsible to assist RTM and scheduler maintaining the Aspect eWFM system Duties will include update schedules and exceptions into system. Assist with holiday staffing to ensure proper staffing is obtained.  Load shift bid data as required. Assist scheduler to Populate schedules and group allowance data monthly. Log & document help desk tickets with software vendor. Process status changes in an accurate and timely manner. Assist RTM and scheduler process email requests/inquires in a timely an accurate manner. Perform new hire entry tasks into eWFM. Perform related duties as assigned. Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned. Foster a positive and cooperative attitude with all company employees
