The Head of Transformation will be a member of PayPal’s Treasury organization reporting to the Assistant Treasurer. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: • Represent core Treasury functions on a multiyear, cross functional project focused on improving the controls framework, sustainability, scalability and economic efficiency of our core global payments platform. • Work with several teams across the Enterprise to support achievement of program deliverables. • Teams are split into 3 sub group: Payments and Data; Fraud; InfoSec and Technology • Report out to business advisory, steering groups and senior leadership on a regular basis • This position will report to the Assistant Treasurer and drive improvement across the main functional areas: Foreign exchange; Investments; Cash management; Banking infrastructure; Regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 15 years’ experience in a Finance related field.
  • Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA a plus
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced, highly analytical environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve financial accuracy
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently; yet collaborate across functions and teams to drive results
