Calling all liquidity and risk gurus! PayPal Corporate Treasury is seeking a highly-motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Integration team. This team is responsible for aligning with key functions (Sales, Product, Finance, etc.) across PayPal and its properties to ensure Treasury readiness for growth. In addition, the team is responsible for the successful integration of any and all company acquisitions. Treasury’s mission is to protect the company’s liquidity while minimizing volatility in our FX and Interest Rate profiles. Help us achieve that goal! This role reports to our Treasury Go-to-Market Strategy & Integration leader and will regularly share insights and analysis with our Director, Corporate Finance, Senior Director, Global Cash Management and Treasurer! What you’ll be responsible for

  • Developing and driving operational excellence in M&A processes aligned to the integration of target Treasury activities
  • Supporting this integration by closely collaborating with key business units, such as M&A, Product and Finance
  • Being the Treasury POC for target BUs when needed by leveraging Treasury products, services and bank relationships
  • An ability to flex and own day to day operational processes for target before successfully integrating into Treasury business as usual
  • Partnering with Legal and Tax departments to ensure governance of Corporate policies and objectives

What you bring to the table:

  • Previous treasury related (recommended) and business project management work experience (7-10 years)
  • Teamwork oriented with a collaborative, “roll up your sleeves” attitude
  • Excellent communicator who can turn findings into actionable insights and keep senior leadership team informed of project status
  • Deals well with ambiguity and has an ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong modeling, computer/database & systems skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in regional treasury center or equivalent environment a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must; Foreign language a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP, Quantum & online banking systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA a plus
