As a Program Manager on the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Team, you will be part of the team that ensures flawless execution of support for the global recruiting function at PayPal. You will be responsible for definition and delivery of education and training for hundreds of recruiting, sourcing, and coordination professionals. Your expertise will be critical to the development of training programs, career development and transformation of recruiting delivery across a dynamic global company. On this team, you will need to balance strategy and operations. This role will align talent acquisition training program requirements with organizational objectives, execute a program roadmap, establish a governance framework, and manage stakeholders. This role is not a manager of people but rather of learning, development & related process and projects ensuring best in class support for our global talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate is not deterred by obstacles or roadblocks and is someone who welcomes the challenge of navigating through uncertainty and unknowns. This role reports into the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Team and must be based in the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Design learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand key drivers, identify performance/learning gaps, and develop effective trainings to build all skill levels
  • Develop systems to proactively identify areas of need before they are raised by stakeholders
  • Drive implementation of new ideas with stakeholders to fruition
  • Deliver training content that is tailored to the specific needs of our global recruiting team
  • Manage recruiting-related training content in the LMS in partnership with company L&D team
  • Extract LMS data for analysis and provide reports on the status of training completion, effectiveness, and other metrics
  • Present effectively, delivering presentations suited to needs of our audiences across multiple countries
  • Utilize training and tools to onboard new team members in a an effective and streamlined manner
  • Consistently provide program updates, challenges, and achievements to leadership
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones to execute train the trainer or facilitate training as necessary

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • 5+ years program management experience and a passion for working on multiple projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • 3+ years’ experience in development and delivery of training programs
  • Experience with Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
  • Exceptional PowerPoint experience in creating engaging content through storytelling, in an effort to increase audience engagement and retention of relevant information
  • Strong experience establishing curriculum and training framework within a global talent acquisition team
  • Relentless customer focus with a strong inclination to identify, implement and drive process improvements
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed, diverse, team-oriented, and collaborative environment
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple requests, deliver to timelines and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail ensuring every requirement is met, with the ability to deliver results in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and the ability to work across the organization and interact, influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilience, poise, and grace under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments with minimal direction

Bonus:

  • Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and tools such as six sigma or agile, resource management practices, and change management techniques are a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish a strong plus
