The Global Governance Risk and Compliance Testing Team is seeking a Sr. Technology and Privacy Tester to support the Independent Testing Program within the Risk and Compliance. This position will be primarily responsible for designing and executing testing engagements and partnering with subject matter experts and other teams to ensure that testing is completed in an effective, efficient, and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

•       Serve as the Compliance Testing Subject Matter Expert/Point of Contact for testing of IT and Privacy processes and controls’ testing.

•       Design Compliance testing engagements

•       Support company and departmental procedures; regularly review and ensure that specialists follow procedures, process flows and guidelines

•       Prepare and maintain documentation including regular reports, workpapers, etc.

•       Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders

•       Compliance/Audit Report writing

Proficiencies:

•       Understanding of business controls, best practices, standards, IT & Privacy regulatory requirements

•       Ability to create an independent compliance test covering design, management, and execution

•       Exceptionally good in Compliance/Audit Report writing and documentation

•       Strong project management organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

•       Ability to learn and adapt to new internal processes and systems

•       Strong communication skills

Experience:

•       4+ years of experience with Big Four, internal audit, and/or testing with a focus Technology and Privacy

•       Familiarity with SSAE16, SOC1/SOC2, PCI and standards such as NIST and ISO

•       Familiarity with E.U. data protection and privacy regulations, such as such as PSD2 and GDPR

•       Familiarity with U.S. and international privacy regulations

Preferred qualifications:

•       Big 4, or management/IT consulting experience with CIA or CISA

•       CISM, CISSP, or similar certifications

•       Understanding of fintech, e-commerce, cloud computing, operating systems, web technologies and enterprise security architecture, and various other technology areas

•       Familiar with risk management

•       Experience with business continuity planning and testing, third-party security management

Education:

•       BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
