This is a Technical Product Manager position within the Developer Tools team to spearhead adoption of tools and practices helping PayPal developers be as productive as possible. The Developer Tools group provides services that enable over 5,000 PayPal developers to do their jobs effectively every day. It includes everything from source code management and Agile execution to collaboration and productivity tools. As a Technical Product Manager for Developer Tools, you will be in a unique position to transform developer experience, enabling developers to create and release high quality products faster.

  • Establishing and evangelizing the technical and business vision of developer experience at PayPal with respect to improvements in software quality and operational efficiency. 

  • Driving product strategy and creating best-in-class capabilities and processes in Source Code Management, Agile execution, and Bug Management 

  • Nurturing a highly-engaged developer community and incorporating developers feedback in the product roadmap 

  • Driving customer adoption of innovative practices and approaches within the extended PayPal organization. 

  • Working cross-functionally (with global BUs, engineering, and design) and developing strong relationships that help build trust with key partner teams. 

  • Evangelizing product roadmap internally and externally in informal and formal settings. 

  • Running lean experiments to inform future investment areas.
