We are looking for an outstanding Inside Sales Team Leader to help develop a high-performance sales team. Successful candidates will bring a track record of outstanding performance as Sales Rep or Leader, knowledge of best practice processes and tools, and a unique ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Reps. The Inside Sales Team Leader will be accountable for achieving Completed Meeting and Pipeline Generation targets while leading the team to become better and better, each week, month, and quarter.

  • Build a high performing inside sales team in the Brazilian market
  • Deliver and exceed revenue targets and other KPIs for the Inside sales team
  • Create and maintain a strong sales culture focused on performance and positive Merchant experience
  • Conduct 1-1 coaching to continuously improve sales capability and develop growth mindset in the sales team
  • Cultivate high levels of team engagement while meeting goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met related to outreach activity, pipeline building, and conversion from pipeline to win deals
  • Drive sales discipline including performance & pipeline reporting through team meetings, 1-1s and performance management process
  • Attract and retain talent by focusing on personal career development
  • Identify verticals and market segments for acquisition and devise execution plans.
