The Global Talent attraction and insights Team is a new strategic program under Global Talent Acquisition. The talent attraction team is responsible for proactive talent engagement & attraction strategy. This includes program delivery, providing market research & talent insights data to our sourcing and recruitment teams, internal customers and business stakeholders. Our goal is to provide talent insights and intelligence that will support workforce planning decisions and strategy, and to help develop our sourcing strategy and tactics, while supporting our overall mission to hire the best talent into PayPal.

What the role includes-

  • Help shape & build the strategy and offering for our newly created talent attraction and insights team
  • Work closely with our global sourcing and recruitment teams to support ongoing projects and surges
  • Build and maintain a competitive intelligence database, qualifying and extracting information from multiple data sources, to provide candidate target lists for focused recruitment
  • You will help and advise on building effective sourcing strategies and talent pools pipelines
  • Will conduct extensive market research, competitive intelligence and talent mapping to find top talent pools to tap into
  • Analyze trends in the global business, economy and employment marketplace to identify opportunities to enhance recruitment strategies
  • Lead ongoing requests for research projects/talent insights reports
  • Use a variety of talent research tools to drive research and create insights reports
  • Support our diversity recruitment efforts by providing market insights
  • Develop & implement market research “push “ reports to our business partners and stakeholders ( industry hiring trends, diversity, talent pools)
  • Support multiple locations and regions

Experience and skills required-

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in a corporate or start-up environment
  • 2+ years of talent market research experience.
  • 2+ years of experience partnering with geographically dispersed teams (working across multiple locations)
  • Passion and interest in the field of talent research and sourcing
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple requests, projects & client relationships
  • Experience working with talent market research tools – LinkedIn insights, talent neuron, hiretual
  • Experience in building and advising on talent sourcing strategy
  • Experience in creating and delivering market research and insights reports and business presentations
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer facing collaborator
