As the Database Marketer for ICE/MEA, the candidate will ensure the efficient execution of campaigns from data preparation through to reporting. This include managing campaign leads and opportunities through the Lead-to-Revenue Funnel, reporting on performance and analyzing what is working and what is not. Strong skills and familiarity in working with SQL and Python and numbers would be critical, reinforced with good discipline in project management and a keen interest to learn enterprise level automation and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and implement the data strategy, targeting and execution for all ICE/MEA
  • Lead Generation related campaigns and collaborate with partners to enable other omni-channel Marketing Campaigns Create an “always-on” approach for identifying and scoring leads using automation to gather data from disparate data sources
  • Enhance the technical capability of the LATAM to EMEA teams and deliver the build out of innovative approaches to targeting customers
  • Ensure a strong analytical approach for delivering impactful insights and accurate / meaningful reporting for all campaigns
  • Have a strong understanding of the underlying Analytics architecture and processes to aid in decision making
  • Execute & deliver sales-oriented projects using SQL, Python, Notebook and Tableau
  • Work with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to develop data framework and enrichment process
  • Work closely with business functions to convert data driven insights into business actions
  • Drive E2E campaign execution, process refinement and enhanced automation and optimization.
  • Using a data approach, collaborate with stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of critical business questions across topics like Potential customers sizing and targeting
  • Identify data opportunities and perform descriptive/predictive analytics as needed
The Skills that set you apart:
  • Data driven mind-set, with an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics; Masters preferred.
  • Extensive experience in data mining experience with demonstrated ability to answer business problems using data
  • Proficient in  a programming language such as SAS, R, Python, SQL, etc.
  • Analytical skills and competencies in Excel a must
  • European market knowledge and experience, bi-lingual in English preferred
  • Self-starter, ability to own and execute against defined strategy
  • Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in eCommerce, technology in a fast pace environment
  • Proven ability to influence and consult with business partner
