You’ll be working with senior stakeholders, from the C-suite to operational leaders, across geographies, businesses, and functions to bring clarity to their most pressing decisions. You’ll be responsible for designing and building scalable, sustainable solutions that illuminate the market, product and customer landscape for the entire organization.

Responsibilities: Strategic Customer & Product Insights Lead

  • Act as strategic insights advisor to senior leaders including C-level executives
  • Perform deep dives to identify challenges, opportunities and actions required
  • Building scalable solutions essential to decision-making across the org

Requirements:

  • Experience from a top-tier consulting, consumer brand, technology or payments firm
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier academic institution; MBA/MS is a plus
  • 7+ years in consulting, strategy, insights or analytics
  • Proven track record of developing and actioning business-critical insights
