Maintain the highest quality standards throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle of existing or new features and applications of the Xoom platform. Define and implement testing strategies, triage bugs, and handle releases of microservice applications.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and improve upon current testing methodologies and processes.
  • Communicate issues effectively with Product, Development, and other QA teams.
  • Support the SFDC process from a Quality perspective.
  • Perform manual testing on new features and bug fixes.
  • Help strengthen our automation test suites by determining areas/features that need coverage.

Basic Requirements

  • 3 + years in Software testing/quality assurance.
  • Experience in the Agile development process and principles.
  • Experience with Git, Splunk, Jenkins, mySQL and Unix/Linux command line.
  • Great critical thinking and systems troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of testing strategies and methodologies.

Education

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related.
