As both our team and responsibilities are rapidly expanding, we will need a Product Manager with the same passion and fortitude to keep up with the pace.

            This role would be managing the whole product lifecycle (concept to launch to iteration) of multiple products.  Not only will you lead a scrum team, you will also be actively engaging cross-functionally with multiple parties such as Design, Engineering, Marketing, Program Manager, Risk and Finance to ensure that the best experiences are being built.  You will need to collaborate and inspire teams so that they can share the same passion about transforming peoples’ financial lives.  With this collaboration, you will be known as a critical stakeholder for the product to ensure all metrics and milestones are achieved.

What We’re Looking For  

  • Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager in a consumer facing, design focused company  

  • Experience in managing or influencing a team of Product Managers, or cross-functional products at once that have different KPIs or P&Ls 

  • A love for the existing PayPal product & experience using PayPal multiple times per month. Strong plus if you consistently use additional products outside of P2P 

  • Experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact  

  • Analytical experience, specifically in using SQL to drill down on insights and create solutions on data-driven hypotheses   

  • Proven ability to analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features  

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to senior leaders and project partners   

  • Deep attention to detail; desire to collaborate on new processes for efficiency   

  • Bias toward data-driven decision making  

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver core responsibilities against deadlines   

  • Ability to quickly build consensus  

  • Experience in Payments or Consumer Financial Services is a plus 

  • Track record of designing & building products to achieve financial and business objectives
