This Senior Product Manager role will lead Growth, including Marketing and cross-functional product support at Venmo. Venmo has millions of customers and we want to make their experience better every day. With core products like peer-to-peer payments, paying businesses online and in-store, the Venmo Credit and Debit cards and more, Venmo is like a rocket ship continually launching to new heights. As a product manager with Venmo you will be part of the Product Team where you will work closely with fellow product managers, designers and engineers to deliver seamless intuitive payment experiences to our users. 

We spend our days advancing Venmo’s mobile payments platform to exceed our users’ wants and needs. We are data-driven by nature and guided by human-centered design principles. We learn from one another and push each other to be at our creative and analytical bests. 


  • Work with other product managers and marketing stakeholders as well as engineering and design to build out and execute a product roadmap around our marketing and growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for understanding our existing products end-to-end and designing flywheel moments for consumers to help connect our products in new ways. 
  • Investigate data around our existing products and review where the largest opportunities may be to grow and expand our target audiences, manage request intake and feature scoping and participate in agile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features.
  • Be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business requirements, legal/compliance, growth and monetization considerations. 


  • 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in a Growth focused role or company. 
  • Keen understanding of Product Marketing and the value of a flywheel engine. 
  • Experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact. 
  • Analytical experience, specifically in using Looker or other BI tools to drill down on insights and create solutions on data-driven hypotheses.  
  • Analyze, quantify and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features. 
  • Familiarity with FinTech products and concepts.  
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to senior leaders and project partners.   
  • Deep attention to detail; desire to collaborate on new processes for efficiency.  
  • Bias toward data-driven decision making. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver core responsibilities against deadlines.  
  • Ability to quickly build consensus. 
  • Experience in Payments or Consumer Financial Services is a plus.
