Our Customer Success Product team is looking for a Product Strategy / Product Manager to focus on developing an AI/ML and Messaging Strategy across the Customer Success Platform Organization. The ideal candidate is eager to work in the center of technology, product and business. You will seek to understand, develop & communicate what a best-in-class AI / ML capability looks like for a Customer Success organization and how it is weaved into a modern highly scalable messaging platform. Influence senior leaders on the vision, strategy and chart a path to get there in terms of technology, people and processes. Being a champion of the future and the untold, you will leverage your creativity and experience to develop insights that will help to inform current and future business and technology strategies. As a strategic advantage for the Customer Success organization, you will identify opportunities and create executable strategies around those opportunities. You will expand beyond the typical planning horizon and look toward longer-term futures, while ensuring the alignment of strategies and portfolios. As a critical enabler both for enterprise-wide strategy execution and transformation, you will have laser focus in creating PayPal's customer success' strategic advantage and an enabler of agility. Being in the heart of the business & technology transformation, you will not only inform the strategy, but also identify comprehensive impacts those transformations will have on the organization. Partnering with product, engineering and customer success teams across enterprise, you will lead a specialized team of business strategy architects to help shape our product capabilities and value streams to what customers most need and ensure PayPal's technology solutions is best-in-class. • Develop AI/ML & Messaging Strategy spanning across the Customer Success Organization

• Communicate a best-in-class AI / ML vision for Customer Success Platform

• Product Strategy for messaging platform enabling 10B messages per day between buyers & sellers

• Work with PayPal platform, infrastructure and global data science teams on bringing a Customer Success Platform AI / ML and messaging platform vision to reality

• Highly collaborative and develop strong partnership with business, product and engineering leaders to define business, product and technology architecture 
• Work with product and business on strategy, planning and problem solving, and helping teams develop business skills and knowledge 
• Deep understanding of domain & industry best practices to develop technical vision & strategy 
• Effectively communicate technology strategies & trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to product and development teams 
• Get sponsorship and alignment to ensure long-term vision is baked into product roadmaps 
• Review solution designs to determine their technical viability & relevance to the business goals 
• Influence product teams toward a common methodology 
• Provide thought leadership, mentoring & governance to the product, architecture & engineering teams  

• Option to manage a Product, Product line or feature set of Customer Success Domain 

• This is an individual contributor (IC) role 

• Have between 12 – 15 years’ experience, ideally across Product, Engineering and Operations roles 
Skills Required: 
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Developed AI Strategy and chartered a path for an organization to achieve Best-In-Class AI capabilities and processes

• Comfortable talking to execs. to Developers Exec Comm style (high level) 

• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills  
• Must be very approachable and humble 
• Able to solve complex, multi-dimensional problems 
• Understand end-to-end software development cycle 
• Prior consulting experience highly desired 
• Familiarity with new & emerging frameworks, platforms and technology trends
