Zettle is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of several payment products such as invoice payment and payment links. You will launch products globally and you will work to deliver to small business owners the joint value of PayPal and Zettle offering.  
 
You will drive the innovations to make in-store payment experiences including mobile payments so delightful that small business owners can't imagine going back. You will explore the problem/solution space, define the strategy, and lead you tech and design team through a fast-moving lean process to deliver to customers. You are an expert in software development (mobile and web) and are not afraid of hardware products.

We are seeking the best-of-the-best product managers who demonstrate strong technical capabilities, strategic leadership, showcase a culture of excellence and have deep experience in building amazing products, with proven success in changing customers' lives! This is a global, broad, strategic role that that requires close partnership with business development and business units globally. 

Responsibilities: 

•         Know your customer: Understanding goals, concerns, behaviour patterns of the Zettle users, build use cases around those goals and patterns and translate use cases into product definitions and prioritised backlogs. 

•         Execute on strategy & tactics: Deep understanding of Zettle’s mission and strategies, manage product vision for the cross-functional team, set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals. You’ll execute at a fast pace with a focus on delivering impact to customers. 

•         Operative team leader: Set your team for success by collaborating closely with a team of engineers, designers and potentially other stakeholders. 

•         Communication: Clearly communicate the product plans, objectives and performance measures and progress against plans to all stakeholders – tailoring communication as appropriate to ensure relevance to the audience. 

•         Use data: Define, monitor and analyze metrics for existing and upcoming products and features - feed learnings back into the product development process. Define and drive experiments and tests to identify key drivers of engagement growth. 

•         Collaboration: Partner closely with leaders across product, engineering, marketing and data science, as well as external partners and customers. Maintain a strong point of view on what is best for the user and for Zettle. 

•          

Requirements: 

•         5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years of people management.  

•         Customers Empathy: Excited about building great user experiences for customers.  

•         Experience building complex consumer-facing products.  

•         Familiarity with and passion for FinTech products 

•         You have a good technical understanding so that you can help your team prioritise technological investments, tech debt reduction, bugs and new features 

•         Exceptional communication and presentation skills; storytelling; ability to speak fluently to engineers, designers, business people and partners 

•         You thrive in organizations with a large portion of ambiguity and complexity.  

•         Computer Science background or equivalent technical Product Management experience.
