Senior Manager International Consumer Acquisition is a world class performance marketer who'll hold a critical role in the International Consumer Marketing team. Responsible for the development and optimization of the entire consumer acquisition program across the portfolio of PayPal’s fastest growing 170+ International markets. Their program will deliver the largest number of new, high value customers to our prioritised markets in the most cost effective way.

  • Acquisition Strategy: Devise and implement optimized strategy and roadmap including: Direct Acquisition - Always-on paid media programs across search and display.  Site & App Conversion - Drive continuous improvement of acquisition end-to-end customer specifically focused on and PayPal App as a conversion engine, including conversion rate optimization & SEO 

  • Marketing Integration: Leads planning of AOA and connects our acquisition effort with segment and integrated marketing in order drive performance and support product and sales priorities

  • Performance Management: Drives focus on customer-centric measures, clear goals and an operating model that delivers reliable returns on investment

  • Program Innovation: Partner with Analytics team to uncover user insights, create the experimentation roadmap and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Growth Discipline: Lead & embody agile ways of working : Sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, together with daily stand-ups.

  • Growth Stack: Partners with supporting teams (e.g.., Analytics, GDS, ETX, Performance Creative, Program Delivery, Channels…) and drive adoption of new capabilities in acquisition program

  • Channel Development: Identifies, business cases, and trials new channels of acquisition to grow the ways in which PayPal acquires high value cohorts of consumers across the International Markets

Key Skills/Experience

  • B2C expert and understand consumer payments space

  • 8-10 working expertise of digital marketing performance (Paid Social, SEO, Display and Video) with a proven track record of successfully executed campaigns, the ability to set best practices and hold team’s accountable.

  • Strong track record of distilling actionable insights from data to improve multi-channel marketing strategy.

  • Deep understanding  of budget forecasting and ROI assessment/tracking

  • Understanding of ad technology

  • Ability to understand and market to multiple markets across International Markets
