We seek an experienced Strategic Finance Manager that will develop our Technology Infrastructure & Platform long range plan (LRP). This plan will identify infrastructure and platform demand driers and forecast the P&L impact of those demand drivers in alignment with expected business growth. The successful candidate will balance strategy, analytics, operational practices and business insights to shape and refine this plan. You will collaborate with all levels of technology leadership and key stakeholders to influence and deliver our long-range plan, while unlocking opportunities and efficiencies. This role will report to the Director of Strategic Finance.

  • Manage the Long-Range Planning process for TPX; partnering with the leadership team to define and drive the long-term strategy thru the establishment of a multiyear plan of strategic investment priorities 

  • Plan, drive and lead financial architecture of critical business programs of significant complexity independently.  

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within TPX, finance, global procurement, and other functional teams. Engage in the cadence/process of interactions, be a team player, and a positive influence on others 

  • Build foundations for a plan by assessing industry trends, strategic opportunities while incorporating broader corporate, brand and supplier partner strategies 

  • Lead FinOps team to drive maturity in our public cloud operating model;  acting as a liaison between Business, Finance and Technology teams and also oversee operational and financial aspects of public Cloud usage across the company 

  • The position is highly visible & involves collaboration with key internal & external stakeholders  

  • Develop standards for business case evaluations and bi-annual performance results 

  • Transform high-level business requirements into detailed financial plans to drive analytical decisioning to influence road maps and solutions, ensuring it achieves the team’s goals and objectives for both the short-term and long-term 

  • Represent the TPX Strategy in finance forums, elevating the awareness of TPX strategy and operations, supporting the execution of strategic plans 

Qualifications:

  • 10 - 15 years of relevant technology finance, strategic modeling and thought leadership  

  • Experience in financial planning, analytics, strategy planning at a Fortune 500 company 

  • Strong experience in navigating through complex data and financial models  

  • Experience in thinking strategically and acting operationally and experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies.  

  • Ongoing focus on financial operations knowledge; ability to constantly prioritize and to deal with ambiguity. 

  • Sophisticated problem-solving skills.  Able to tackle unstructured problems / business signals and build strategic frameworks and financial models  

  • An understanding of technology including experience with the public cloud is preferred and will go a long way in the success of this role. 

  • Versatility in navigating a complex & matrixed corporate environment while juggling multiple responsibilities. A collaborative mindset is essential. 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, simplify, in order to clearly and succinctly convey sophisticated information and ideas to individuals at all levels of the organization 

  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity. 

  • Exhibit the highest standards of integrity and be pleasant & fun to work with 

  • Comfortable making recommendations across competing and equally critical business needs
