PayPal HR is looking for an HR Business Partner who will partner with leaders to drive business outcomes through the development of and execution against people priorities.  The successful candidate will partner with the business leaders across several teams in our Customer Experience & Technology organization to develop business objectives and interpret what people enablers are necessary to deliver business results. Further, the role is accountable for leading programs at scale, from need identification to implementation, considering the unique needs of our internal customers and in close partnership with the Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COE’s).  

You will partner across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines including Employee Relations, Talent & Development, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coach leaders and managers on individual & team performance 
  • Support deployment of global HR programs such as the annual performance & rewards cycle, talent calibration & reviews and the employee listening survey
  • Manager Training on performance evaluation, compensation, delivering feedback, HR tools and general best practices.  People manager development activities.
  • Business onboarding program delivery and evaluation 
  • Partner with leaders on culture activities, diversity & inclusion initiatives and solutions to enhance the employee experience
  • Partner with other HRBPs to support business reorganizations
  • Deliver anecdotal and analytical insights, with a metrics-driven approach to solutions and the ability to leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change to gain sponsorship

Requirements:

Experience:

  • This candidate will have 8 years of relevant experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and in matrixed, high-growth, organizations.  
  • Strong experience in partnering with managers to increase individual and team effectiveness.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience
