The IT Analytics team mainly focus on building analytics datasets and provide insight into business operation for decision making. We are seeking for a talented and highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst who has strong analytical skills and passion to drive data-driven insights. This position is response for identifying business opportunity, designing data solutions, building reporting services. You will be part of a very strong and fun team, which collaborate globally and support across multiple functions.

  • Partner with multiple teams to identify business opportunity and build analytic solution.
  • Design & development of BI/DW solution which serves for different business functions.
  • Set up processes and framework to make the data solutions with a high availability and low maintenance cost.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members.


  • Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
  • 5+ years’ experience on DW/BI, good understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
  • 1+ years’ experience on Power BI development.
  • Excellent in SQL & stored procedure.
  • Excellent, proven written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Excellent, collaboration, influence and leadership skills required.
  • Has experience on statistical modeling and data mining is a plus.
  • Familiar with R or Python is a plus.
  • A team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong personal networking skills with the ability to relate to executives and employees through all organizational levels.
