As an Inside Sales Account Executive at PayPal, you will join a global leader in the payments industry making it possible for merchants to accept payments across the globe seamlessly. PayPal has over 295M+ active accounts available in over 200+ markets around the world. If you have experience working with large mid-market, as well as enterprise organizations developing new relationships with prospects. You have experience building value in competitive markets, and enjoy solution selling to ensuring e-commerce needs both online and offline are fulfilled. This role is responsible for acquiring new merchant and managing those relationships through the sales lifecycle. Account Executives will outreach to an assigned book of business while self-prospecting and networking to obtain additional leads. The person in this role will interface heavily with PayPal business partners including: Integration Engineers, Account Management, Underwriting, and Marketing teams.   • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity targets such as outbound calls, total selling time, number of account acquisitions and close rates
  • Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline of self-generated sales leads
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting new leads to the activation of new accounts
  • Complete required SalesForce.com process and pipeline activity tracking with detail and accuracy
  • Ability to understand product and technical information and communicate both internally and externally
  • Continue training and education to keep pace with product modifications, industry changes and sales knowledge
  • Accept coaching and constructive feedback to continually improve performance
  • Take responsibility and accountability for actions, using coaching and feedback to continually improve performance
  • Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall sales and team results
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of sales or business development experience
  • Self-Motivated, target driven independent worker
  • Highly competitive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Organizational Skills and ability to project manage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
