The Company-Led Training (CLT) programme is a structured development programme under the TechSkills Accelator (TeSA) initiative that aims to accelerate professional development for fresh and mid-career professionals through on-the-job training that is aligned to the Skills Framework for ICT.

New hires under the Company-Led Training Programme will undergo 12 months of structured training and will have access to the following:

  • Ability to work with FinTech subject matter experts
  • Access to mentors for coaching and career guidance
  • PayPal internal technical courses and workshops
  • Be part of an empowered, innovative team
     

You would join a scrum team and work with other senior and experienced team members to contribute to the design, implementation and testing of critical services of large-scale systems. You would get the chance to demonstrate your potential of developing high-quality maintainable software and play a major part in the expansion of PayPal into new markets.
