The Systems team within Global Ops extends infrastructure and application support, to 300+ Dev/engineers. The primary function of the team is to support the GOPS applications provisioning within non-production environments and developing scripts for production deployment. As a WebLogic Administrator on the Systems team, you will be a key resource at Chennai managing the engineers expectations. You will configure and deploy Web/App servers, manage configuration and deployment of virtualization solutions, and develop tools to help streamline day-to-day operations. An ideal candidate will be a team player and great communicator simplifying our processes and ensuring the expectations are met/exceeded. This position requires flexibility to work well with a dynamic team and liaise with vendors and professional services. You will build, deploy and monitor Windows and Unix / Linux Virtual machines for performance issues and stability concerns. From regular application installations, configurations, and day-to-day administration to staying familiar with new versions of applications used on servers, we’re looking for excited and highly skilled candidates ready to make an impact on millions of users around the world. The ideal candidate will have 6+ year of experience working as WebLogic administrator with expertise in automation and driving significant improvements delivering process efficiencies and reliable/stable environments. The candidate should have strong Weblogic administration skills, Linux, shell scripting with experience on troubleshooting issues, implementing tools that support automation and proactive remediation.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experience on WebLogic Server administration, Linux Red Hat/Ubuntu server administration.
•Ability to troubleshoot, analyzing logs and heap/core dump.
•Experience with documenting procedures and knowledge management
•Familiarity with networking, load balancing, virtualization
•Experience on WLST, Shell scripting.
•Knowledge working on Pega deployments, OKM (Oracle Knowledge Management)/ Adobe CQ is a plus.
•Knowledge of Perl, Python, PHP, XML, Java, Javascript, SQL, JQuery and other scripting languages is a plus
•Working knowledge on Fusion, GIT, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet desired
•Familiarity with Apache, JBoss  or other web/app servers.
•Knowledge and understanding of network applications, web servers, firewalls, databases
•Strong focus on process improvements, efficiency and automation is desired.
