As a software engineer in Identity group, you will be working with various feature domain partners and external partners in creating next generation identity experiences and building world class payments and money management integration solutions. Our engineers solve some of the most complex technical problems in the world of payments across all business units. You’ll work alongside the best and the brightest engineering talent in the industry. You need to be dynamic, collaborative, and curious as we build new experiences, improve existing products, and develop identity systems powering the world’s largest e-commerce and payment websites at a scale that only a few companies can match. The primary job requirements are:

  • BS/BA or equivalent with 2+ years professional software development experience.
  • BS in Computer Science or related degree required. MS preferred
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design and design patterns, and programming skills
  • Experience in designing, developing and delivering software and/or platforms used by other developers,
  • Good understanding of web services and SOA related standards like REST/OAuth/JSON.
  • Strong Java programming skills
  • Familiar and comfortable with the technologies, the tradeoffs, and the design patterns emerging in web services
  • Proven problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively both independently as well and within a team using Agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong analytical & technical skills
  • Sharp learning curve and open to learn/work in new technologies/platforms.
  • Exposure to working for/on mobile applications and/or node-based web applications is a big plus
