Looking for a Senior Java developer (6+ years of experience) to join our team supporting CS Compass application development. Candidate should have hands-on experience in Java 8, Spring or Spring boot. Experience with messaging systems, cache systems & Database are desirable.

  • Spends most of the time developing code.
  • Should produce efficient, elegant & reusable code without unwanted complication, thinking that the system will stay for a lifetime.
  • Designing Interface using OAS (OpenAPI Specification) standards.
  • Developing REST APIs as mid-tier microservices.
  • Will require to solve problems at scale (say TPS of 1000).
  • Should design, develop and document software applications with emphasis on high availability, performance & scalability.
  • Should have experience in using unit test, functional test and integration test frameworks.
  • Be part of design reviews and code reviews and be recognized as the go-to Developer for that component.
  • Work independently and with other engineers, architects, managers, QA and Operations teams to design and develop strategy and processes that meets business requirement.
  • Works well within a team and contributes effectively to the success of those that they interact with regularly.
  • Understands and can reason about the business, as it relates to their area of expertise.
  • Ability to work with multiple programming languages is desirable.
