This position is for a software engineer in test in Consumer Credit Quality and Infrastructure team.

  • Contribute to and build tools, frameworks, and other infrastructure needed to support automation.
  • Lead testing initiatives and execute through automation.
  • Participates in technical design sessions and writing technical design documents.
  • Design and implementation of automation frameworks. 
  • Add instrumentation to product code and use the analytic data to measure quality and other goals.
  • Use automation, code instrumentation-analytics, and human intuition to ensure we are building a comprehensive automation suite
  • Accepts mentorship, code-reviews and guides team members.
  • Can go end-to-end on any stack digging in to unearth the best patterns and design decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with 5 years of development or test automation experience or Master’s Degree and 3 years of development or test automation experience.
  • Has programming experience with any object oriented programming language. (Java, JS, Node.js)
  • Basic familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies
  • Experience in SQL and relational DB concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong and recent experience with developing automated testing framework.
  • Past start up experience and contributed in Open Sourced Projects.
  • Love to see beautiful code and make it possible for others to contribute using your well-defined conventions.
