We are looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Europe, focusing on our in-store products, such as Zettle POS. You’ll work with our channel partners to build impactful marketing programs targeting small and medium merchants across EU markets.

Primary Job Responsibilities

By bringing our merchants’ favorite tools together, we can help them manage their business and really be their empowering partner. Helping SMBs to succeed is in our DNA, hence this role is all about: 

  • Partner with segment teams and key stakeholders to create and deliver best in class marketing plans across the funnel to engage merchants and grow market share
  • Working with colleagues from various functions to ensure relevant value proposition, messaging and  enablement of internal (sales, marketing, support) and external (partners) teams for our partner integrations 
  • Co-owning (with Partner Managers) the go-to-market strategy for new and existing partners - you will be responsible for  marketing planning and execution  
  • Working closely with partnership managers to build and maintain relationships with  partners – to drive conversion, retention & customer satisfaction through partnerships 
  • Continuously monitor program and portfolio performance, identify opportunities for optimization

You will be:

  • Reporting to the Head of EU Partner Marketing
  • Working close with Zettle’s strategic partnership team, PayPal’s channel partner organisation, Product-, Sales-, Marketing- & CustomerEngagement teams

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience working in Partnership Marketing with proven track record of running successful co-marketing campaigns 
  • Several years of experience from commercial roles, preferably in Fintech or e-commerce 
  • Brilliant collaborator, one team player strong ability to prioritize and balance multiple workstreams.
  • Having knowledge on APIs is a plus 
  • Experience of driving marketing programs across multiple markets
  • Fluent in English (Speaking German, French, Dutch or other EU languages will be an asset).
