PayPal is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Global Fraud Risk organisation! The Personalized Trust Experiences team, under GFR Strategy, is focusing on improving customer-facing experiences triggered by GFR Fraud detection mechanisms. By leveraging a multi-discipline approach across product, analytics, data science and the voice of our customers, the team has promoted the creation and adoption of the first large-scale Explainable AI (XAI) model in order to help improve the experience of customers facing Risk Payment Declines- supporting more accurate decisions and offering users tailored step-up options.

PayPal is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Global Fraud Risk organisation!

We are looking for curious and passionate data-driven decision-makers with a proven track record of building, scaling and leading products in a dynamic, global environment. 

You will work with world-class product managers, strategists, and engineers to shape, improve, and amplify PayPal’s platform and experiences that protect our customers from fraud.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrated track record managing all aspects of a successful software / technology product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Be able to assimilate and synthesize needs of business units into a core set of platform capabilities and services. Define a platform integration strategy/roadmap identifying and prioritizing new opportunities.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to inform product strategies and roadmaps, skilled in analyzing users’ needs.
  • Lead project teams of engineers and designers and work with multiple stakeholders across the globe to help them understand services capabilities and enable them to build or leverage existing solutions.
  • Create and present business case, product roadmaps, and strategies to key stakeholders and executives.
  • Bring a high level of enthusiasm to the projects, the ability to organize and motivate large groups and a high degree of passion for technology.
  • Be able to communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders, (written, verbal, and oral).


  • Bachelor's degree - Preferably in a quantitative or technical field.
  • Product Management experience or related field with significant experience in the consumer internet or Software as a Service space preferred.
