Looking for a senior SAP Finance Product Manager with SAP implementations experience capable of interfacing with internal customers, partners and acquisitions to define and design solutions to enable business capabilities. Ideal candidate will provide a holistic view of transformation by bridging the gap between business strategy and technology enablers to drive value-based solutions and architecture strategy. Monitors market tendencies and technology trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Contributes to the efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of processes used in the Finance area. Remains cognizant of usable software being available at the end of every sprint. Possess in-depth knowledge of accounting and the following Finance and Controlling functions including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders (IO) and understanding of the integration between FICO and other SAP modules i.e. SD/MM/PP/PS Experience working in a multinational company using Intercompany sales and/or stock transfers and the related costing elements Support/lead project based initiatives such as enhancements, system add-ons and upgrades. Accountable for support of the client business applications in their supported business area i.e. controlling, demonstrate solid technical knowledge, demonstrate business acumen, require limited direction, handle complex problems and have strong communication and interpersonal skills Experienced in performing systems analysis and design by meeting with end users and outlining detailed project specifications in order to effectively and efficiently meet business needs and objectives Perform detailed configuration of all CO modules including CCA, PCA, IO, COPA and Product costing Must interact well with customers to understand their business and develop solutions based on business and technical knowledge 7-10 FLC implementations with 5-8 as CO lead position. Experience managing onshore and offshore team members and deliverables Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Determines which tools function as the SAP standard and resolve exception cases.
  • Monitors SAP trends, identifies new capabilities, conducts Proof of Concepts, and evolves architecture standards.
  • Produces conceptual and logical solution designs for projects.
  • Helps determine governance approach.
  • Good SAP FICO with strong domain knowledge or experience in finance domains and extensive implementation experience.
  • Passion for creating strategic customer solutions.
  • Enable SAP account teams by discovering the customers unique requirements and defining an architecture that maximizes the SAP solution portfolio and drives the account planning.
  • Enterprise Mindset to help customers craft a robust future-state innovation story.
  • Proficiency in developing complete enterprise architectures including business, application/solution, data and technical perspectives.
  • Analyzes technology trends and customer requirements to identify efficiency opportunities for Finance Services.
  • Proactively engages and provides input for product strategy discussions. Contributes to developing a product vision and a product roadmap.
  • Contributes to a holistic product vision and product design and ensures all product teams have a comprehensive understanding of it.
  • Creates and contributes to the delivery of a product to implement the solution strategy. Collects & incorporates early feedback from Customers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Good Accounting knowledge with good understanding of Financial Statements.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Finance sub modules with expertise around Accounting for Financial Instruments (using Bank Analyzer or FPSL).
  • Good understanding of Batch job processing and exposure to coordination with Basis and technical ABAP teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of business or IT experience with a direct responsibility for strategy formulation and/or translation, business analytics and program management.
  • Master equivalent, MS/MBA preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of SAP solutions across the portfolio.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Certified in SAP FI or CO.
  • Implementation in S4 HANA Financials
  • Knowledge on writing functional specs and working with the ABAP developers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, leadership skills.
  • Experience of managing relationships with internal business customers.
  • SAP functional knowledge.
