Support decision making in Operations at the strategic and tactical level through insightful analysis of data. Engage with an internal "consulting" mindset to identify opportunities to improve/streamline Operations working collaboratively across SRS stakeholder groups as well as regional Ops teams.

- Build and maintain Capacity Planning models for global SRS Ops teams that support budgeting as well as medium term staffing/hiring plans

- Deliver incisive data driven assessments to maximize ROI in Operations

- Evaluate impact of new initiatives on Ops - new products, policy and/or process changes, systems etc

- Develop reporting capabilities around goals/KPIs that create transparency around business and operational performance

- Support ad hoc analytical needs and root cause assessments for Ops teams across different sites

- Help build essential critical thinking and analytical skills across Operations

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years experience in analytical roles

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Masters in a quantitative discipline
  • 3+ years of supporting Business/Operations from a reporting/analytics perspective
  • Proficiency in data processing tools (eg: SQL, Python)
  • Proficiency in data visualization capabilities (eg: Tableau)
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and problem solving ability
  • Proven ability to think strategically and apply sound business judgment
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills in a cross-functional environment
