Currently seeking a Senior Technical Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Program Manager for our Global Product Engagement & Program Management team. The CLMTechnical Program Manager will be responsible for driving key CLM buy-side initiatives within the organization's enterprise system, SalesForce/Apttus. You will be leading implementations involving Artificial Intelligence technology to leverage CLM data to get Insight into contracts, obligations, and contract remediations. This role will be responsible for managing multiple CLM projects and related Legal technology projects of large scope, impact, and complexity through all phases of the life cycle, spanning multiple cross functional teams and geographic locations.

  • 8-10 years of technical project/program management experience with an emphasis on software implementation.
  • 3-5 years experience managing CLM solutions such as Apttus/SalesForce.
  • Strong project management full life cycle experience in large scale projects leveraging different methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)  Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations.
  • Facilitate dialogue with the various stake holders to understand their needs and drive teams to develop solutions to meet and/or exceed our customer needs.
  • Manage projects to successful On Time/On Budget/On Quality delivery
  • Proactively identify and report on risks, issues and dependencies for the project or program
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements 
  • Manage efforts that involve 3rd party consulting and/or vendor product companies
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Able to manage financial and procurement duties as part of program/project management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with matrix reporting structure.
     

Required Experience, Skills, or Abilities

  • Extensive experience leading global, multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, change intensive environments
  • Extensive knowledge of project and program management tools, templates and management techniques
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple software development methodologies, including in-depth knowledge of Agile delivery practices
  • Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries to drive closure of complex delivery challenges
  • Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and challenges across a wide-ranging audience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the professional confidence and credibility to effectively engage and interact with senior and executive management
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to deliver program statuses, roadmaps, business outcomes, and metrics.  Strong organizational skills to balance multiple, ambitious priorities simultaneously. 
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing moderately-sized projects and programs from start to finish within highly complex operating environments

Preferred / Plus

  • Significant experience with SalesForce/Apttus buy side contract mgt implementations is strongly preferred.
  • Previous software development experience is a plus.
  • Previous online payments industry or financial products experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience in managing projects in Legal IT or HR IT area is a plus.
