Come join our deeply customer-focused PayPal’s Point-of-Sale team as a Growth Product Manager to help build the future of mobile payments for small businesses globally by driving growth and engagement and by building world class customer experiences on mobile and web. We are seeking the best-of-the-best product managers who demonstrate very strong accountability and cross functional leadership, analytical skills, showcase a culture of excellence and have deep experiences in building amazing products, with specific focus and track record in driving acquisition and activation.

This is a strategic role focused on Small Business customers that will cover iZettle & PayPal Here mobile/web user acquisition, onboarding, and engagement. Your product is global and you will be responsible for tackling new sets of global problems. 

As the Growth PM, you will not only lead your scrum team (eng/design) but also have to work cross functionally with many teams across PayPal (including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Commerce). You will explore the problem/solution space, define the strategy, and lead PayPal teams through a fast-moving lean process that is fueled with customer empathy. Your role spans all devices (phones, tablets and web) and platforms. You will also be part of an amazing Product Management team with many opportunities to learn and grow.


  • You will have end-to-end ownership of customer acquisition & onboarding experience, from defining the best in class customer experience and design, building prototype and running A/B tests and bringing it to market 

  • You will develop and evangelize a strong point of view on best practices to drive growth and engagement  

  • You will work cross-functionally with many team (Compliance, Legal, Commerce, Marketing, other PM/Eng. teams, etc.) and develop strong relationships that will allow you to work more efficiently and build trust with key partnering teams 

  • You will improve our analytical capabilities and establish best practices, define research goals and run multi-variant tests to improve growth KPIs 

  • You will be accountable for key growth metrics (acquisition, engagement and activation) for iZettle Point-of-Sale App. You will develop and defend your strong points-of-view with data and deep analysis

  • Creating and managing worldwide product roadmaps, prioritization, and constraints to ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle process from concept to launch 

  • Defining the product and customer experience with high quality requirements / user stories.  

  • Helping the teams move forward swiftly through rigor, speed and transparency in decision-making and removing roadblocks 

  • Ability to identify opportunities in the organization around you (process, people, etc) and drive change to improve 



  • More than two years of Product Management experience in a top technology company 

  • Strong execution skills and can successfully drive cross functional teams in a matrix organization  

  • Experience in Growth and Onboarding 

  • Demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly consumer or small business products 

  • Passion to seek deep understanding of customer needs and turn the insights into a compelling vision to solve important jobs for small businesses
