Our products enable fundraising experiences that connect people, nonprofits and businesses with their communities and move billions of dollars every year to hundreds of thousands of worthy causes. We are looking for a growth-oriented, customer-centric and purpose-driven product manager who's passionate about accelerating the impact of the diverse customers who use our platform to do good.

As a member of our product team, you will drive strategy and development for product-led growth and engagement experiences within our donation and fundraising solutions, while balancing customer, business and social impact objectives. You will gain a deep understanding of our unique customers, champion their needs, and create meaningful experiences that set the bar for how to drive impact in giving.

Responsibilities:
• Define strategy and vision for product-led growth and engagement within our portfolio of fundraising products, using an outcome-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Identify the right problems and opportunities to prioritize, incorporating A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
• Define and execute short-term and long-term roadmaps to grow and differentiate our solutions, testing hypothesis and iterating quickly.
• Collaborate and lead cross-functionally with UX, engineering, research, analytics, marketing and business teams to drive success of our product initiatives.
• Lead complex projects, influencing multiple teams across the enterprise to align on and achieve our outcomes.
• Prioritize diversity of thought and inclusive product practices throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver quality experiences for our customers.

• Problem solving: You are skilled at dissecting problems big and small, learning what you need to evaluate options and drive resolution. You are proactive, entrepreneurial and creative in finding solutions.
• Leadership: You are great at communicating in a way that inspires and builds highly effective teams. You can influence without direct authority, and you do so with a servant mindset, supporting the success of your customers, teams and those around you. You can lead diverse teams to deliver customer-focused products that move PayPal and its customers forward.
• Growth mindset: You are growth minded and continuously learning. Learning about customers, the market, your product, general PM skills, leadership skills and everything that is required to make you a stellar product leader.


Qualifications:
• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience in product development, startups, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
