The PayPal Consumer Payments Experiences team is seeking a true product leader to develop and deliver new P2P money movement experiences to a global base of customers. What you’ll be doing as Senior Product Manager: 

  • Champion customers. Commit yourself to working diligently for those who need to send money fast and with confidence. 

  • Learn deliberately. Create learning plans to uncover customer needs, jobs, and delighters, leveraging customer research, user data, and additional insights. 

  • Prioritize diligently. Focus on doing fewer things better, faster, and with higher quality. You cut through red tape like it is confetti. 

  • Seek truth. You design experiments and conduct research that cut through the noise to find what’s working for the customer or not. 

  • Execute effectively. Manage the work of a scrum team to turn your plans into reality on our customers’ behalf. 

  • Be accountable. Own the success and failure of customers’ experience with PayPal P2P and be accountable for the customer and business results. 

What you bring: 

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent, plus hands-on software product management experience in web and mobile apps. MBA is a plus. 

  • 5+ years experience developing and launching consumer products that people rely on daily. You think about customer experiences in jobs, journeys, and KPIs. 

  • Truly holistic thinking at both a strategic and tactical level. You cover all basis and edge cases, but prioritize and focus on what matters most. 

  • Ability to drive clarity in all situations. You thrive in ambiguity and bring structured thinking or framework to assist and drive decision making. 

  • Fortitude – You see obstacles as opportunities. You take feedback well and as a gift. When the going gets tough, you get going.
