The candidate will drive the vision and strategy for partner integrations to drive consumer growth and engagement. As a Product Manager you will be focused on ensuring the aggressive expansion of PayPal’s business through partner channels, helping to explore key opportunities for growth, creating a stellar customer experience and supporting all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strategy for rapidly growing high value customers through trusted partners
  • Deliver product experiences and features towards addressing customer needs for all of our customers: end user, internal teams, developers, and business partners
  • Identify, design, experiment and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, a/b tests, and market research
  • Engage with internal and external partners to deliver partner products supported through PayPal customer experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and drive additional value and product features for current and future partners
  • Lead decision making conversations about ownership, funding, creating, managing and maintaining shared services, including a demonstrated ability to think holistically about the services that should be built to support the business
  • Lead and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders – Marketing, UED, User Research, Engineering, Risk, Legal and Operations
  • Prioritize well, communicate clearly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented team
  • Maintain and communicate roadmap and progress on initiatives with stakeholders 
  • Build great technical products with clear and comprehensive documentation, efficient integration paths, configurable and scalable solutions, and well-defined and tested use cases

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree.
  • Strong experience in core product management, including customer analysis, market segmentation, KPI management, operational management and roadmap development.
  • Experience in customer growth or acquisition channels – ability to optimize and build great customer experiences to maximize activations.
  • Good understanding of platform service models, including Platform as a Service (PaaS).
  • Experience with Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures (REST APIs).
  • Metrics driven, can draw insights from large data sets to tune the API engagement.
  • Ability to manage platform APIs as a product through the full life-cycle.
  • Experience with building and managing a complex platform that is highly reliable and scalable.
  • Experience working with Global markets (Internationalization/Localization, Bi-Di support, LatAM/APAC/EMEA).
  • Very strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Great business acumen and communication skills.
