Customer Experience is the overall experience of a customer with PayPal, based on all their interactions before, during and after using our products or services. It is everything that affects a customer's perception and feelings about PayPal. The Customer Experience (CX) organization is chartered with improving our end-to-end customer experiences, building the muscle of being customer centric and thinking end-to-end to deliver amazing Experiences. The Product enablement team in CX partners with other product teams across the enterprise to improve new and existing customer experiences through engagements that may range from a few weeks to a few months. The Senior Manager of Product Management, Customer Experiences will be responsible for leading such engagements and solve for complex experience gaps by enabling product teams to be customer centric and bringing in product best practices to teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the right problem and support solution development. You will leverage your discovery, strategy, collaboration and PM skills to develop a broad perspective and quickly hone in on a problem statement to solve.
  • Design, Lead and improve customer experiences. You will bring your product management skills to bear during these engagements to build products that are in line with our mission and vision and support the goals of the engagement.
  • Lead complex products that are across multiple phases of customer experience and across multiple in the enterprise.
  • Foster product management principles. Your responsibility is in enabling product teams with best practices and tools to set them up for success. You will collaborate and share insights with other product managers, contributing to our growing culture of product management. You will help cross pollinate best practices between teams and the market

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product management.
  • Proved track record in product craftsmanship
  • Display a deep understanding and empathy for our customers with a relentless focus on solving pain points.
  • Ability to gain context about any new product area quickly, apply best practices and enable teams to build better practices
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in navigating complex organizations
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills to gain trust
  • Demonstrate high energy/creativity and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, influencing and decision-making skills
