Senior Marketing Lead will lead our EU/AU mid-market marketing segment including sales alignment, campaign strategy, and influence tech & process infrastructure upgrades. Reporting to the Enterprise Marketing Director of these regions.

We are looking for a strong Senior Marketing Lead to grow our mid- market program as the Senior Manager, Demand Generation for EU/AU.  

The role holder can be based in London, Berlin or Paris.

You will lead the end-to-end development of our mid-market segment by defining our strategy and roadmap, building a strong partnership with sales, executing omnichannel campaigns, presenting performance readouts to senior leadership, and influencing the b2b tech stack enhancements and process optimizations. You will extend this support at times also to the Large Enterprise marketing segment.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Marketing EU/AU, you will be joining a smart ambitious team who works together to develop beautiful customer-centric omnichannel campaigns that leverage data & technology to drive results for our business. Our ideal candidate is analytical, action-oriented, an excellent communicator, comfortable with a test and learn atmosphere, and willing to wear multiple hats.


  • Develop a mid-market campaign strategy that aligns to business priorities, sales and product team needs, budget allocation, and team KPIs.
  • Build a robust inbound model that leverages paid media, offer content, events, landing pages and triggered nurture sequences.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver a wide set of campaigns including product launches, vertical, persona, seasonal, acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, nurture, and trigger-based campaigns.
  • Build a strong partnership with sales by designing a program to support their pipeline needs, create cadences performance readouts, closed-loop feedback, and problem-solving.
  • Experience developing a robust testing & optimization strategy to optimize lead generation and ROI.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Influence B2B tech stack enhancements and process optimizations to improve the integration of our sales & marketing activities.
  • Understand our lead and customer funnel, identify gaps and opportunities to increase conversion through automation, B2B MarTech & CRM capabilities.
  • Partner with analytics, agencies and sales to create regular performance readouts for sr leadership.

Skills & experience

  • 5+ years experience in Demand Generation
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, Fintech, ecommerce or matrixed organizations
  • Expertise in leveraging marketing tools to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, conversions, and ROI.
  • Proven background in budgeting, marketing planning and financial forecasting strongly preferred  
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-time strategic initiatives.  
  • Develop customer-centric omnichannel campaigns that inspire business decision makers to talk to sales by clearly articulating our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with B2B marketers and external agencies to adapt global initiatives and campaigns for the midmarket segment
