Responsible for developing and executing consumer marketing programs and campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute consumer marketing campaigns that drive consumer’s awareness and consideration for PayPal and pro-actively drive consumer acquisition and increasing usage of PayPal.​
- Execute flawlessly with BD, sales team, partners, and other X-functional teams to launch and  deliver world class consumer campaigns on time, on budget, on target​
- Uncover & translate consumer insights into business and marketing plans and leverage the "so what" for campaign excellency and result delivery.​
- Clearly articulate Value proposition and key messaging​-
- Work with creative and content team & agency to develop the creative and content strategy and toolkits for  impact and resonance.  ​
- Partner with performance team to ensure our narrative is cohesive, inspiring and delivered consistently across every touch points.​
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to ensure all campaigns are accurately tracked and delivered on the business goals, establishing KPIs and test & learning agenda.​
- Work with marketing ops and optimize the user experiences and GTM channel plans.

Key Skills:

- Consumer Marketing Expert/B2C marketing experience is a must​
- Understands ecommerce/payments space ​
- 12+ years of consumer  marketing experience; experience with paid, social/partnership marketing. ​
- Ability to establish a strategic vision and plans aligned to brand and business objectives.​
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-time strategic initiatives. ​
- Ability to manage the execution details to bring campaigns to life.​
- Experience in collaborating with dynamic and global organizations.​
- Thrive in a self-starter, past paced and changing environment.
