The Role:

  • Own production, development and maintenance of daily and weekly business review and merchant facing reports, monthly business review reports, Tableau dashboards, and ongoing analyses to meet SLAs
  • Partner with product, engineering, instrumentation and analytics teams to understand product, support experiment setups and analyze performance
  • Perform deep dive analyses on key business trends from different perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents
  • Continuously lookout for automation opportunities and execute prioritized opportunities


Requirements:

  • Strong SQL & Python skills to manipulate and extract data
  • Strong command on Automation & automating processes
  • Highly self-driven and experienced working with Engineering and peers globally, to understand database systems, data flows, to deliver zero defect reports and analyses.
  • Strong communication skills and experience partnering with Global business teams on collecting requirements and delivering analyses/products.
  • Business Acumen to produce relevant metrics and insights
  • Knowledge of payments space, Redshift, financial reporting is plus.
  • Work experience in Spark-sql, SQL, command line, Redshift and Github
  • Familiar with data movement techniques and best practices to handle large volumes of data
  • Experience with data warehousing architecture and data modeling best practices
  • Knowledge of Scheduling Tools (like Airflow) is a plus
  • 4+ Years of work experience in the field of Data Management & BI / Data Engineering


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred (Required)
  • Masters degree would be valued
