Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
• Build, optimize, and manage end to end sales processes.
• Lead projects and initiatives from start to finish with limited guidance.
• Managed projects include Partner Payout processes, Sales Competitions and more.
• Help onboard new team members and new teams into the Partner organization.
• Prepare, facilitate, and deliver presentations with and to PayPal Sr. Leaders.
• Help support existing and secure new Partners by assisting the Partner team ensure the alignment of the Partner's needs to PayPal’s customized payment solutions.
• Serve as the liaison between the Partner, Marketplaces and PayPal team including Partner representatives and internal partners.
• Serve as a collaboration expert to all Partners and representatives throughout the entire sales process.
• Effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks and expectations from both Partners and teammates.
• Maintain consistently high quality with all tasks for both Partners and representatives.
• Effectively communicate a high level of technical, e-commerce, and business acumen at PayPal.
• Open to receiving and providing coaching.
• Continual personal and professional growth and development.
• Consistently meet or exceed pre-determined expectations.

Experience
• Must be quality and detailed oriented, yet understand the level of detail appropriate for each situation
• Ability to travel as needed
• Strong working knowledge of the internet, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, Salesforce and Microsoft products

• Ability to effectively work under pressure and to meet challenging targets
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Job Requirements
• 5+ years of related experience
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience with working with cross-functional and remote teams
• Clear, strategic thinker with vision, with the ability to execute on priorities
• Self-sufficient, self-directed individual who understands the needs of direct and channel sales teams
