The Sales Operations Analyst serves as a strategic and tactical business partner to the sales organization and support functions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across all areas of the business to help accelerate deals
  • Be the point of contact for the sales teams to provide user support and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage processes and tools, particularly SFDC to ensure efficient and scalable solutions
  • Increase sales productivity by optimizing and simplifying sales processes
  • Provide the sales organization with best in class sales tools, training materials, and other relevant assets to guide/support selling motions
  • Communicate effectively with sales reps to convey important information on a regular basis
  • Identify and present process improvements to eliminate in-efficiencies in our processes and reduce sales cycle times
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel & operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business performance
  • Conduct forecast and pipeline meetings with sales leaders and sales reps to determine how sales opportunities are progression through the pipeline and tracking against plan. Identify and resolve any blockers
  • Monitor and manage the health of the sales pipeline and ensure data cleanliness
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline velocity, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to create, manage & optimize sales incentive programs
  • Usage of Tableau, Qliksense extensively for reporting, data analytics, and sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with the wider global Sales Operations & teams to align on globally best in class practices and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Job Requirements         

  • min. 4+ years experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a complex organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to talk and present confidently in front of key internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and the ability to influence
  • Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (SFDC, Pipeline & Forecast Management, Process Excellence)
  • Demonstrated capability to build strong alliances with internal business units. Ability to work cross-organizationally.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under time pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across multiple functions
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint
