As we continue to grow as a business, we are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us and help build, optimize and manage sales processes for Partners. In this role, you will report to the Sales Operations Manager. This is ideally suited for someone with five years operational experience, has worked with Salesforce and performance reporting and who want to be part of building something new.
Role & Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally across all areas of the business to help accelerate deals.
Be the point of contact for the sales teams to provide user support and troubleshoot issues.
Manage processes and tools, particularly Salesforce to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.
Increase sales productivity by optimizing and simplifying sales processes.
Provide the sales organization with best-in-class sales tools, training materials, and other relevant assets to guide/support selling motions.
Communicate effectively with sales reps to convey important information on a regular basis.
Identify and present process improvements to eliminate in-efficiencies in our processes and reduce sales cycle times.
Overseeing the process of monthly sales bookings and controlling the process of sales recognition

You are a fast learner capable of grasping advanced business complexities with a drive to solve problems and optimize processes
You have a track record working with Sales Operations and in administering Salesforce CRM
You have experience and are highly skilled working in Microsoft excel & PowerPoint
You have the capability to build strong alliances with internal business units and the ability to work cross-organizationally.
You have the ability to display tact and diplomacy in both written and verbal presentation while being assertive at times.
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to train others and present confidently in front of key internal stakeholders
Language Skills Required: English (additional European Languages useful)
