As a member of the Revenue, Operations and Enablement (ROE) team, as an Inside Sales Enablement Specialist you will be focused on managing and deploying enablement programs and activities that support the PayPal global Inside Sales organization.

In this role you must be highly process driven with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills. You should be familiar with various sales enablement strategies and have knowledge of Inside Sales and how to support their success.  You will work across the ROE team and with product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives & assets for the Inside Sales team.


  • Forge, maintain and cultivate strong relationships across Inside sales team, ROE, marketing, and product teams
  • Work cross-functionally to create and deliver enablement programs, content, communications, and training for Inside Sales.  
  • Support and collaborate with the ROE Onboarding team to ensure Inside Sales onboarding needs are addressed and that new hires are ‘sales ready’
  • Define and develop enablement materials for regional offerings – transforming PayPal offerings into sales-centric deliverables. 
  • Understand and manage sales stakeholder needs and objectives.  
  • Coordinate with global counterparts to ensure we create a consistent experience. 
  • Evaluate impact of your work, and push for continuous improvement that shows real results. 

Skills & Experience  

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales or revenue enablement
  • Experience creating, managing, and deploying enablement programs/content for sales teams
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English language written and spoken skills.
  • Experience as an Inside Sales representative is a plus

  • Can work independently to plan and complete tasks with minimal input
  • Self-motivated with lifelong learning habits
  • Experience with a fin-tech or payment service is a plus
