The successful candidate needs to be able to influence outcomes, minimize, and address conflict and demonstrate in-depth understanding of compliance program and risk management programs. The role requires a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement. The individual must possess expertise in risk strategy and frameworks; risk process technology and business acumen along with strategic and innovative thinking and an unwavering focus on the value added by the actions the Risk, Platforms and Legal team take. The individuals’ strong leadership and relationship skills, resilience, and ability to effectively communicate will be key in driving change and results for the company.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and lead the team from current state to proposed solutions.
  • 7+ years of experience in compliance, enterprise risk management, and/or program management (includes audit, legal, risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or risk), or a combination of both.
