The role of the Americas Coordination Leader is to align themselves to the hiring landscape across the region. To understand what is happening from a delivery standpoint, and then to work with global resources to set up the necessary structure to enable the function to deliver effectively in a customer-centric manner and against the objectives set by the business. The ideal candidate will be required to operate as the key point of contact for all Global Talent Acquisition leaders, and will work proactively to continually evolve capability as well as the operating model to deliver for the business, both in terms of core hiring activities as well as surges and or spikes as they happen, The successful leader will act as the subject matter expert with respect to coordination at the local, regional and global level, and will collaborate across function with a focus on process compliance as well as legislative and operational risk management, as and when process changes and or new legislation impacts the activities and responsibilities of the coordination function and the business,

A typical day for the Talent Acquisition Coordination Lead will include:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the recruiting coordination responsibilities to successfully execute across multiple locations and in support of multiple recruiters,
  • Effectively manage headcount through creative use of resources across geographic locations to drive service delivery.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication amongst the coordination team through regular team meetings and ad hoc communications,
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with coordination team members.
  • Develop training materials, as required, and conduct new hire and ongoing training to coordination team and recruiters,
  • Collaborate with other GTA teammates to streamline interview process as it relates to delivering a best in class candidate experience.
  • Successfully partner with multiple recruiters and hiring teams while executing on high volume & complex initiatives,
  • Manage weekly data and metrics reporting on interview and hiring activity,
  • Support the interview scheduling logistics of assigned requisitions for professional positions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business as needed,
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation for new hires as needed,
  • Act as an advisor to the Recruiter and hiring teams.
  • Creating processes and documentation for complex situations.
  • Support other GTA members with recruiting processes, systems, testing and training,
  • Produce complex reporting on a regular basis, as required,
  • Develop and implement process improvements,
  • Train, coach and mentor team members,

  • Putting a relevant structure in place to support the overall business needs.
  • Assessing and elevating overall capability across the team
  • Contributing to enterprise level innovation with respect to new technologies and or activities to leverage up the delivery of the coordination team
