Are you a technical woman who has taken a career break? Or perhaps you have taught yourself to code, but you don’t have any industry work experience. If this describes you, then you should apply for our Recharge program. Specifically, we are looking for women who have been out of the workforce for at least 1-2 years but are ready to jump back into technical roles.

Recharge is a 16-week paid program which provides individuals who want to return to the workforce an opportunity to expand their experience and network. The program will start in October 2017.

PayPal’s Office of the CIO (OCIO) is looking for a motivated Technology Risk Management Analyst. We are in search of a talented technical analyst who is able to identify and drive remediation of risks across our ecosystem. Our Team Charter is to establish and maintain an Enterprise Risk Management function that spans Audit Readiness and Remediation, risk mitigation through partnerships, Security and Policy Compliance, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Corporate Policy governance and drives a culture of Self-Disclosure. We are looking for someone that is highly collaborative and can think outside the box. We are a very passionate team that is focused on ensuring our corporate environment is secure, stable and resilient.
  • Independently and collaboratively works with OCIO teams to identify and document Technical Risks.
  • Maintains an evolving inventory of prioritized risks, compliance violations, and new demand along with an associated delivery roadmap.
  • Engages in development of an OCIO Standards & Policy governance framework.


  • Understanding of technology components (Infrastructure, Network, End User Computing).
  • Ability to engage in technical conversations and consume the data.
  • Knowledge of internal technology controls and processes.
  • Familiar with Risk Management frameworks.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3 to 5  years’ experience in a Technical position
  • Education:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related Science degree
