Are you a technical woman who has taken a career break? Or perhaps you have taught yourself to code, but you don’t have any industry work experience. Specifically, we are looking for women who have been out of the workforce for at least 1-2 years but are ready to jump back into technical roles.

Recharge is a 16-week paid program which provides individuals who want to return to the workforce an opportunity to expand their experience and network. The program will start in October 2017.

  • Full-time software engineer in test position, to take the lead on designing and implementing the latest in web/mobile automation test frameworks, test case creation/execution, test environment support.
  • Collaborate and influence peers and management across Product Management, Engineering, International Teams to drive the technology and automation strategy, business goals and roadmap execution.
  • Extensive experience in object-oriented design and development, preferably in Java/Node
  • Experience with Agile development and knowledge of Agile principles
  • Experience of continuous integration test environments (like Jenkins) and automation frameworks like Selenium/WebDriver/TestNG
  • Experience with REST APIs and microservice architecture is a plus
  • Be able to independently design, code and test complex features.
  • Ability to work in a small, closely-knit team in the fast-changing world of financial services
  • Show pride of ownership and strive for excellence in everything they do

Basic Qualifications:

  •  At least 5 to 7  years past professional engineering experience
  • Education:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related Science degree
