Identity Native Experience is looking for Senior Mobile Automation Engineer to drive the quality vision for the Auth SDK Platform. Our teams vision is to provide Safe, Secure and Fast Authentication and Authorization for our consumers and merchants.

In this role, you will co-elaborate with a wide spectrum of People including Developers, Designers, and Product Managers with the shared ambition to take the quality of Identity Native SDK to a whole new level. Therefore, we are looking for an inspiring QA Engineer with a solid expertise in testing and requirement analysis combined with a genuine interest in mentoring and teaching quality to Developers and how they can get the best from it in their day-to-day lives. 

In this spirit, you will be empowering them to be more and more autonomous in delivering high-quality standards every step of the way up to production. From requirements based testing to exploratory and automated testing of iOS, Android  and Backend platforms — You will have the opportunity to do it all!

A glimpse of what you will be doing:

As our Product Area's go-to person for all initiatives related to Quality and Test Automation tools, you will be driving the quality activities in the Teams but also work on inspiring and helping them to do it themselves with a built-in quality mindset. 

With that in mind and without being exhaustive, some other key facets of this role will include:   

  • Requirement analysis for testability of products.   
  • Clear communication to provide a better-shared understanding across the teams.   
  • Release testing on different devices.   
  • Creation and maintenance of automated test cases & test automation set up. 
  • Investigation of bugs and support tickets. 
  • Driving the quality work in the teams.

Job Requirements

  • 5-6+ years related industry experience
  • Highly competent with exposure in the following:

- Service and UI automation experience across web and mobile applications

- Java programming in Linux/Unix environment for at least 3 years

- OO-based analysis and design

  • Software design and Quality analysis methodologies, including Agile methods
  • Source Control (GIT experience is an advantage)
  • Testing frameworks such as Junit, TestNG and Selenium and Appium is mandatory
  • Using API tools like postman etc.
  • Scripting Languages (Shell, Python, Perl) would be a plus
  • Jenkins/Hudson, Maven/Ant for release management. Ability to understand ECI/ECD pipelines
  • Highly analytical, innovative, and able to think strategically and to develop comprehensive detailed specifications
  • Good understanding of QA methodologies and sound knowledge of QA Automation processes and tools
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation
  • Highly effective at working in cross-functional groups and getting results in matrix organizations
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities
  • Strong programming fundamentals and analytical skills with testing Mobile and Web applications
  • Expert working knowledge in at least three of the following automated testing tools: Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Cypress
  • Good to have mobile automation (Android/iOS/Expresso/Swift/XCUItest)
